Meticulously vetted standards
We add hundreds of thousands of new standards each year, and every one is reviewed by our content team to ensure

We're always learning and growing
It's fun to look back at our initial product offering in August of 2010, what a long way we've come! At Planbook,
we add new features, both small and large, as well as usability improvements, on a quarterly basis. Our
feedback and voting system
is a key driver in our efforts, and so far we have completed over 1,200 items requested by our teachers!
As many of our teachers have shared, and reviews show, the currently available Planbook apps are simply not good enough. We hear you, and agree. To fix this, our development team has been hard at work since last year on a full rewrite of our apps, and will soon make them available! Our plan is for a beta release this Fall, followed by a general release in January.
Here are a few screen shots of the apps under development. We will keep you posted on progress, and let you know when they are ready to download!

In merging these goals, the idea of an online lesson

handle lesson scheduling, with quick and easy methods to
accommodate all the events that cause plans to change. And by
allowing parents to view his weekly plans online, he would give
them a powerful tool to know exactly what their children were
Rod recruited his brother Jeff, a seasoned software
developer, and what began as a weekend project soon became much
more, and led to the official launch of planbook.com in August
of 2010! Planbook quickly became the established market leader
in online lesson planning, and we now have over 100,000
schools, 750,000 teachers, and one billion lessons in our
